The Carol Hall Financial Aid Program will make available $1,000.00 per applicant (up to four applicants a year) for hardship needs.  The gift will be free with no need for repayment.  The information submitted in this application and award will be confidential.  This Program was established because while Carol worked and always did her part in support of her husband and family, she was always mindful of those in need, especially students and licentiates with hardships and difficulty paying student debts, family health concerns, office expenses and license renewal fees. 

• This fund is open only to licensed Chiropractic Doctors in North Carolina.

• The program will receive financial aid applications between October 1st and December 15 of each year.  Applications received outside of this timeframe will not be considered.  

• The applicant must express their need in writing.  Only four recipients may be selected and checks will be issued between December 15 and January 15 of each year.

• The applications will be considered by the Carol Hall family.  The final decision will be the simple majority of the family's vote.

• The Carol Hall Financial Aid Program is not open to any member of the Carol Hall family, their children or grandchildren, direct or indirect heirs.
